In 2017, ULK Group of Companies purchased the plant on the verge of bankruptcy, which was integrated into the group and required significant changes and new equipment to achieve the proper level of competitive performance. In 2018, a large-scale modernisation of equipment was carried out and production volume of the sawmill increased up to over 470 th. cubic meters. A new pellet plant (annual capacity of 60 th. tons) was constructed in April 2020. The priority task of the enterprise today is to reach the processing volume of 600 th. cubic meters of logs per year and manufacture high-quality products demanded on the market.
