End of September Sorb Ltd. delivered equipment for the new sawmill, which includes: saw line based on debarker (ValonKone), chipper canters, profiling and circular saws (Linck) for timber sawing and boards stick-stacking (Hekotek).
Currently specialists of Sorb Ltd. and AS Hekotek (general contractor of the complete new sawmill construction project) started installation supervision works of the delivered machinery. Installation of log sorting line, which was delivered earlier, was started as far back as in July, the sawline installation works started in October. The sawmill launch is planned for March 2012.
