Installation of equipment of Sibirskie toplivnye granuly pellet plant in Igirma vil. in the Irkutsk region is to be completed soon, giving way to the plant start-up. On Feb. 23, 2016 the Irkutsk region Governor if expected for the official plant launch ceremony.
